Yin with Zoe

Yin and Yang, Two halves which come together to complete wholeness.
Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yin yoga works deeply into your body with passive longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. The Yin class will not be heated, the class will consist of a series of mainly floor poses particularly focusing on the lower part of the body, hips, pelvis, inner things, lower spine using props to assist. Energetically yin improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. Yin complements an active life, great to help those who feel distracted by mind chatter. Yin is finding stillness and cooling of the body, great to do alongside the Yang practice of our Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Arm Balancing Workshop
Sunday 23nd March 2-4pm
This will be a fun and playful workshop. Sometimes in class there isn’t always an opportunity to explore in depth the art of arm balancing. In this workshop Zoe will dissect some of the most popular ones to help you gain not only more of an understanding and get familiar with arm balances but also to help you build strength and confidence to take that leap to be able to lean into your hands. Workshop for all levels.
Handstand Workshop with Andy

We are really excited to announce that we have Andy coming back to the studio to offer this workshop after such great feedback after his last visit.
Handstand Andy is an hand balancing enthusiast and passionate about sharing the art of handstand. This two hour workshop is for all levels, come and flip some perspectives and defy gravity together.
